Privacy Policy

A plain-language account of what this website collects, why it is used, and where the current policy stops.

Effective July 29, 2026Public website

Scope of this policy

This policy covers the MatterGraph marketing website, pilot inquiry form, and related communications.

A MatterGraph product pilot may require a separate written agreement, security review, and data-processing terms. Those documents control if they conflict with this public website policy.

Information we collect

If you request pilot access, we collect the information you enter: your name, law firm, work email, and role. We also record the submission time and whether the request came from the homepage or pilot page.

Our hosting provider processes ordinary request and security data needed to deliver the site. Vercel Web Analytics provides aggregate information such as page views, referrers, country, browser, device type, and operating system. Its default web analytics product stores anonymized data and does not use cookies.

How we use information

We use website and inquiry information for the following purposes:

  • Respond to pilot inquiries and product questions.
  • Evaluate whether the current pilot workflow may fit a firm.
  • Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website.
  • Understand aggregate site usage and which pages are useful.
  • Meet legal obligations and enforce website terms.

Service providers and disclosure

We use Vercel for website hosting and privacy-focused analytics. Pilot inquiry contact details are delivered to restricted Google Sheets storage used by the MatterGraph team. These providers process information subject to their terms and our configuration.

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information if required by law, to protect the website or its users, or as part of a business transaction where permitted by law.

Pilot and case information

Initial MatterGraph evaluations are designed to use synthetic or fully redacted matters. The public pilot inquiry form is not a place to submit client names, case narratives, privileged documents, medical records, government identifiers, or other matter content.

Any later use of live client information would require written scope, completed security and vendor diligence, retention terms, and any client communication or consent the firm determines is required.

Retention, access, and deletion

We keep pilot inquiry information for as long as reasonably needed to evaluate and respond to the request, maintain business records, and meet legal or security obligations. We have not adopted a single fixed retention period for every inquiry.

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete information you submitted through this website by emailing alex@getmattergraph.com. Applicable law may provide additional rights, and some information may need to be retained for legal or security reasons.

Security and current status

The website is served over HTTPS, and we use reasonable safeguards appropriate to a public marketing site. Pilot evaluations begin with synthetic or fully redacted matters. See the security page for the pilot boundary, review process, and product requirements.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the website, pilot, or service providers change. The effective date above will be updated when material revisions are published.
